Welcome Display: Your welcome display is styled as a beautiful introduction to your day, bringing together your personalised sign with thoughtful decorative touches. This can include elements such as plinths, lanterns, florals or soft candlelight to create an inviting first impression.
Order of the Day: Your Order of the Day is styled as a refined focal point that guides guests through the flow of your celebration. Soft decorative touches ~ for example florals and candles ~ help it blend beautifully into your overall look.
Table Plan: Your table plan is presented as an elegant entrance feature, thoughtfully styled to complement your chosen aesthetic. Gentle accents such as florals or lanterns create a welcoming moment as guests find their seats.
CEREMONY
Aisle Chair Dressing: Aisle chairs styled with soft, elegant chair drapes or bows.
Reserved Seat Cards: Thoughtfully placed reserved markers for your VIP guests, finished with gentle ribbon that blend beautifully into your ceremony styling.
Aisle Décor: The aisle will be styled with warm candlelight and elegant lanterns or cylinders, paired with a soft petal scatter.
Ceremony Sign: Styled in your chosen wording to offer a warm, elegant welcome, whether you choose ‘Unplugged Ceremony’, ‘Pick a Seat’ or something more personal.
Ceremony Table Styling: Softly styled with coordinated fabrics, candles and gentle decorative touches for a polished, cohesive finish.
Backdrop: Your backdrop is styled as a beautiful focal point with one of our signature structures. And later, why not move it behind your top table to enjoy it throughout the day.
TABLES
Centrepieces: Choose from our full collection of centrepieces, each adding texture and soft candlelight to create a beautifully atmospheric dining space. Using trestle tables rather than rounds? We can swap your centrepiece so the styling flows beautifully along the table.
Charger Plates: Choose from gold, silver, copper, woven or beaded acrylic charger plates. If you’d like an extra‑luxurious touch, why not upgrade to our glass beaded chargers.
Coloured Napkins: Premium coloured napkins are included to add a touch of luxury that ties your tablescape together.
Name Place Settings: Created in your chosen material ~ acrylic, laser‑cut wood, stone, premium card or another finish you love ~ giving you freedom to match your tablescape.
Table Numbers: Beautifully designed table numbers are styled to complement your chosen aesthetic, helping guests find their seats with ease.
Menu Card: Designed to coordinate with your overall décor, styled to match your chosen colours and finishes.

TOP TABLE
Your top table includes the same elevated styling elements as your guest tables ~ such as your chosen charger plates, coloured napkins, place settings, menu design and table runner ~ all brought together with additional touches to give it a beautifully enhanced, focal‑point finish.
Bud Vases or Faux Floral Arrangement: A beautifully coordinated top table styled with your choice of delicate faux floral stems in bud vases for a soft, romantic look or a or a low faux floral arrangement for a luxurious finish.
Candles & Tea Lights: Warm candlelight and tea lights to add a gentle, romantic glow to your top table.
EXTRA DETAILS
Reception Chair Dressing: Reception chairs are dressed to complement your chosen colour palette, adding a beautifully coordinated finish throughout the room.

Bud Vase: 3 bud vases with faux florals, 3 candlesticks with ivory taper candles and 3 tealights.
Mercury Glow: 2 silver mercury‑effect candlesticks with ivory pillar candles, 2 ivory taper candles in glass candlesticks, 2 bud vases with faux florals and 3 tealights.
Cylinder Vase Trio: 3 cylinder vases with floating or pillar candles, 3 candlesticks with ivory taper candles and 3 tealights.

Process
THE
INITAL CONSULTATION
Once you have selected a package & made contact, we will begin by checking availability & arranging an initial consultation. During this consultation, we will discuss your preferred colours, themes & design ideas to ensure every detail aligns with your vision. This is also the perfect time to make any minor adjustments or tweaks to the package to better suit your needs.
QUOTE
After the initial consultation, we will prepare & send a detailed quote for your wedding styling and décor.
SECURE YOUR BOOKING
When you are happy with your quote, We will send your booking form, at which point, a 50% deposit is required to secure your wedding date in our diary. Changes can still be made once you have confirmed your booking.
PLANNING & DESIGN
We will then work together to ensure all those little details are perfect & you're happy with the style & décor for your Big Day. We will create a bespoke styling plan for your wedding. When you are happy with your design, we will then create your bespoke design & bring it to life!
ON THE DAY
On the morning of your wedding (or the day before) we will arrive at your wedding venue bright & early to transform your wedding venue, ensuring everything is perfect & perfectly placed.
AFTER THE WEDDING
The following morning, we will then return & remove everything, so you don’t need to worry about a thing!
