Welcome Sign: A beautifully personalised welcome sign created in your choice of white, coloured, or wooden board, styled on an easel or suspended from a frame for a softer, more romantic feel as guests arrive.

Order of the Day: A stylish, personalised board outlining the important parts of your day, created to help guide your guests throughout the day. Choose from white, coloured, or wooden board, displayed on an easel or hung from a frame.

Table Plan: A beautifully coordinated seating plan designed on your choice of white, coloured, or wooden board, styled on an easel or suspended from a frame.

CEREMONY

Aisle Chair Dressing: Soft styling for the chairs lining your aisle, finished with either a flowing chiffon drape or a simple romantic modern bow.

Reserved Seat Cards: Elegant white or rustic Kraft tags finished with ribbon or twine, thoughtfully placed for up to 20 VIP guests.

Centrepieces: A choice of beautifully styled centrepieces to suit your look, curated from our most popular designs to bring gentle height, texture and atmosphere to your tables. Using trestle tables rather than rounds? We can swap your centrepiece so the styling flows beautifully along the table.

Name Place Settings: Elegant white card name settings with an optional ribbon tie for a soft, elevated finish, or Kraft card name settings with optional twine for a warm, rustic touch.

Table Numbers: Coordinated white or glass frame table numbers to match your chosen place settings for a cohesive look.

Choose from the following centrepiece designs, each provided per table. These designs are a lovely starting point, and we’re more than happy to make little tweaks so they feel just right for your day.

Bud Vase: 3 bud vases with faux florals, 3 candlesticks with ivory taper candles and 3 tealights.

Mercury Glow: 2 silver mercury‑effect candlesticks with pillar candles, 2 ivory taper candles in glass candlesticks, 2 bud vases with faux florals and 3 tealights.

Cylinder Vase: 3 cylinder vases with floating or pillar candles, 3 candlesticks with ivory taper candles and 3 tealights.

Using trestle tables instead of rounds? No problem ~ your centrepieces can be switched or adapted, and everything will be styled to coordinate beautifully along the tables.

Process

THE

INITAL CONSULTATION

Once you have selected a package & made contact, we will begin by checking availability & arranging an initial consultation. During this consultation, we will discuss your preferred colours, themes & design ideas to ensure every detail aligns with your vision. This is also the perfect time to make any minor adjustments or tweaks to the package to better suit your needs.

QUOTE

After the initial consultation, we will prepare & send a detailed quote for your wedding styling and décor.

SECURE YOUR BOOKING

When you are happy with your quote, We will send your booking form, at which point, a 50% deposit is required to secure your wedding date in our diary. Changes can still be made once you have confirmed your booking.

PLANNING & DESIGN

We will then work together to ensure all those little details are perfect & you're happy with the style & décor for your Big Day. We will create a bespoke styling plan for your wedding. When you are happy with your design, we will then create your bespoke design & bring it to life!

ON THE DAY

On the morning of your wedding (or the day before) we will arrive at your wedding venue bright & early to transform your wedding venue, ensuring everything is perfect & perfectly placed.

AFTER THE WEDDING

The following morning, we will then return & remove everything, so you don’t need to worry about a thing!
